You can also download an AKC entry form which allows you to type in your information and then save it on your computer: Download Entry Form. Or you can access the form via the AKC website: Here. Look under "Obedience Events" and click on "AKC Obedience Official Entry Form". If you have trouble with the downloads, here is some Help. Please do not send entries before the opening date; entries postmarked before the open date will be returned to you. Entries must be mailed to the address listed in the premium, which is also on the EOC entry form.
